EVERBUILD EVERFLEX 700T Silicone is a low modulus, neutral cure RTV silicone sealant that adheres to a wide range of both porous and non porous surfaces without the need for priming.It is formulated to a high viscosity to give excellent tooling properties.

• Excellent adhesion – adheres to most common surfaces including glass, metals, plastics and wood.
• Low dirt pick up – important in PVCu work.
• Good external weathering properties.
• Suitable for use on polycarbonate.

Everbuild Everflex AC95 Intumescent Acoustic Sealant and Adhesive

A high strength intumescent acoustic sealant and adhesive

EVERBUILD EVERFLEX AC95 is a high strength, permanently flexible intumescent acoustic sealant and adhesive specifically formulated for sealing and bonding plasterboard and other Kraft-lined insulation boards, where a fire-rated seal of up to 4 hours is required. Water based, solvent-free formula, easy to use and clean up and adheres to just about all building substrates. Non-flammable.

Approvals & standards

• Tested to EN1366-4:2006, Independently tested by Warrington Fire Research, Report Number 414846.
• Acoustic rated to ISO 140-3.
• Tested for air permeability to EN13141-1 Ventilation for buildings. Performance testing of components/products for residential ventilation.
• Tested to EN13963, Type 4a.

A low modulus, neutral cure silicone sealant

Everbuild Tecnic Silicone 825 is a low modulus, neutral cure, alcoxy, low odour silicone sealant that adheres to a wide range of both porous and non porous surfaces without the need for priming.

• Excellent tooling and slow skinning properties for large scale construction and glazing applications.
• Excellent adhesion – adheres to most common surfaces including glass, metals, plastics and wood (painted or unpainted), uPVC and polycarbonate.
• Excellent external weathering properties (over many years exposure).
• Resistant to fumed Hydrogen Peroxide and fumed Formaldehyde once fully cured.
• High viscosity non slump formula.
