Everbuild 710 Febflor Flexiplus Latex is a self smoothing sub, self levelling floor compound with added latex powder for improved flexibility. Use to level out internal uneven floors where there may be a small level of movement. Ideal for use on asphalt and tar based surfaces.
- Suitable for internal use
- Setting time of 2-4hours
- Overlay time – 8 ours
- Filled thickness of 6-25mm
- Suitable for underfloor heating applications

FAST CURING COMPOUND FOR PREPARING UNEVEN CONCRETE AND SCREED FLOORS
It is a cement-based product used to level out uneven floors and screeds prior to laying ceramic tiles, thermoplastic tiles, lino, wood block flooring or carpet.
Everbuild Febflor 708 provides a free-flowing mix that sets in 2-4 hours and can be overlaid after only 8 hours at normal temperatures.
- Suitable for interior use
- Fast-setting – sets in 2 hours
- Up to 6mm in depth in one coat
- Protein (casein) free
- Enhanced flow properties coupled with long open time gives easy trowelling
- Tested to EN13813 Class CT – C30 – F7

HIGH STRENGTH HEAVY DUTY SELF LEVELLING COMPOUND
Sikafloor® 131 Level Latex Ultra is a high performance, latex modified, cement based, self levelling compound for floor smoothing and levelling uneven rigid internal floors. It is also suitable for exterior applications such as sheltered balconies and walkways, prior to laying ceramic tiles, slabs and natural stone. Sikafloor® 131 Level Latex Ultra can be overlaid with common floor coverings or left as a final wearing surface.
- Fast setting, foot traffic within 2 hours, can be tiled within 3 hours
- Interior & exterior use
- Can withstand vehicular traffic
- Final wearing coat, overpaintable
- Water and frost resistant
- Application depth 2-10 mm
- Tested to: EN13813 Class CT – C30-F7-AR 0.5
